Dear Students!
One of the most popular activities in Budapest is hiking in the hills of Buda – so this weekend we are planning to show you this opportunity 🙂 The trip will include a special attraction too: we will travel along one of the hiddens gems of the city, the Children’s Railway! This 11 km long line is running in the hills, and completely operated by teenage kids.
We will meet at Móricz Zsigmond körtér (in the middle of the square) at 11 am, and go to Hűvösvölgy by tram. Then we’re going to take the train to János-hegy (the ticket costs 800 Ft), and after that we we will have a short trip there. On the way we’re going to see the famous Erzsébet lookout tower, where you can see beautiful views of the city. At the end there will be the some fun programs at Normafa: playing games, football and anything you want 🙂
Hope to see you there,
IMT
