Hi dear! Can you tell me if even though the classes are online if the university is still available to sign the certificate of arrival and departure in order to prove my student mobility?
Here I am Shakeel Ahmed currently enrolled in BME university as Erasmus student, I have few queries related to Neptune website, I am still unable to register my online subjects, there is no any option showing and also I submitted E100 form as well for acceptance but still in pending,
Kindly resolve my problems as soon as possible
Dear Ahmed,
This website is a product of the International Mentor Team at BME. We are only responsible for organising events and helping Stipendium Hungaricum scholarship holders in the mentioned official steps. Strictly speaking, we are not university workers and as such, we cannot help you with your questions. Regarding the certificate, I recommend asking your Erasmus coordinator. Potentially, this email address can be useful: erasmus@mail.bme.hu. Regarding your questions about subject registration and Neptun, you should contact the Central Academic Office (direct email addresses can be found here: https://kth.bme.hu/en/contact-information/). They will be ready to help you. As far as I know, the subject registration period will take place a bit later. This website may be useful as well: https://kth.bme.hu/en/study-programmes/exchange-and-semester-abroad-students/erasmus_and_other_exchange/
All the best,
IMT
